Viktor Söderström
Viktor is originally from Borås, Sweden, and has called Málaga home for the past three years. With nearly four years of experience in the recruitment industry, he specializes in connecting companies across Europe with the right talent. Driven by a vision to make international hiring simple and efficient, Viktor founded Top Jobs Abroad to eliminate the complexities often found in the industry. He focuses on clear communication and a "no-fluff" approach, ensuring that both businesses and candidates experience a smooth, personal, and results-oriented process.
Rasmus Redin
Rasmus is originally from southern Sweden and is now based in sunny Málaga. He brings a solid background in sales, leadership, and recruitment, combining strong interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset. His experience spans from working in client-facing roles within the insurance sector to leading teams and successfully matching top talent with the right opportunities. With a natural ability to connect with people and understand their needs, Rasmus plays a key role in delivering tailored recruitment solutions that create real value for both candidates and clients.
