We are recruiting on behalf of a leading European IT specialist recognized for expertise in advanced network infrastructure, cybersecurity, data center solutions, and hybrid cloud. The company serves both public and private sectors with a focus on secure and stable IT environments. Currently growing rapidly, they are seeking a Consulting Manager to join their Swedish team.
About the Role
As Consulting Manager, you will lead a team of about 15 senior consultants specializing in network, security, data center, Splunk and server infrastructure. You will support and develop your team, ensure high quality delivery, and collaborate closely with customers and the sales team throughout the sales process.
You will act as a vital link between technology and business, helping to evolve service offerings and drive client success.
Qualifications
Experience in technical consultancy within one or more of the following areas
• Network (Cisco)
• Infrastructure security (for example Palo Alto, Cisco)
• SIEM solutions such as Splunk or similar
• Data center, storage, backup and server environmentsExperience leading technical teams or managing staff
Ability to write Statements of Work or similar project documentation
