About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of an international company based in central Málaga. Join their Dutch customer service team and provide high-quality support to customers across the Netherlands. What You Will Do

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch

• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

What We Are Looking For

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude

• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required

• Good command of English for internal communication
