We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic international company located in Madrid. Join their Finnish customer service team and provide exceptional support to customers across Finland. What You Will Do

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Finnish

• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Work closely with other departments to improve processes and customer experience

• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions

What We Are Looking For

• Native or fluent Finnish speaker

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working with digital tools and software

• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

• Good command of English for internal communication
