About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a global company with an office in Sofia, Bulgaria. Join their German-speaking customer support team and be part of a dynamic, international environment. What You Will Do

  • Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat in German

  • Handle inquiries related to products, services, technical issues, and administrative matters

  • Accurately enter and verify customer data in the company’s systems during conversations

  • Manage difficult situations with professionalism and offer de-escalation when needed

  • Collaborate with internal departments and service technicians to ensure fast resolution of customer requests

  • Support administrative tasks including fault and repair requests documentation

What We Are Looking For

  • Native or fluent German speaker (C1 level)

  • Strong command of English (C1 level) for internal communication

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Confident using MS Office and CRM systems

  • Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging customer interactions

  • Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage
