We're hiring Swedish speakers for a tech support role in central Porto. It’s a full-time office job with a clear structure and a team that trains and supports you from day one.

What you’ll do:

You’ll be the go-to person for helping customers, answering questions, solving issues, and making sure they have a smooth experience. It’s all about communication, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly.

Here’s what your days will include:

• Supporting customers via phone, email, and chat

• Troubleshooting and guiding them to solutions

• Working with your team to keep things efficient

• Creating a helpful and calm experience for the user
  

We’re looking for someone who:

• Speaks Swedish fluently

• Is confident in English

• Can handle conversations calmly and clearly

• Has a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
