Finnish Customer Support

Is helping others in your nature? Our client is an international customer experience company, and they are looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative with a problem-solving mindset. You will support a leading global healthcare company, handling customers in the Finnish market.

What you'll do

• Give B2B and B2C customer support for the Finnish market
• Resolve inquiries mainly through inbound calls
• Handle back-office tasks, including emails, chats and work in internal applications
• Support several products across several markets

Your profile

• Native or C1 level Finnish, written and spoken
• Strong English, written and spoken (B2 or above), since you will also support the UK market
• Good computer skills
• Able to show empathy in writing
• An analytical mindset for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
• Good at managing your time and reaching goals

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00
• In the future, the role may include some nights and weekends, depending on the project's needs
