Your daily tasks will include

• Supporting Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

• Handling account and service-related inquiries with professionalism and care

• Providing clear and friendly guidance to resolve issues

• Troubleshooting and assisting with basic technical questions

• Ensuring an excellent customer experience in every interaction

• Native-level Norwegian with good English skills (spoken and written)

• Strong communication skills, empathetic and customer-focused
